GARY'S ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT APP PROVIDES DEVELOPING ATHLETES WITH PRO-GRADE TRAINING TECHNOLOGIES. ATHLETES RECEIVE WORKOUT PROGRAMS, NUTRITION ADVICE AND ATHLETE METRICS ON THEIR PHONES VIA THE ATHLETE APP.  DAILY QUESTIONNAIRES TRACKS & REPORT HYDRATION, SLEEP, NUTRITION, RECOVERY AND MORE. EACH WEEK THE SYSTEM SENDS A SUMMARY TO THE ATHLETE, COACH AND PARENT ENSURING EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE.

Nutrition 
Proper athlete development requires excellent nutrition. Food knowledge and implementation of a well balanced diet is critical. The Nutrtion function of GARY'S APP meals, nutrition advice and tips weekly. Content designed by nutritionists responsible in guiding Gary's pro athletes!  
Schedule 
Team coach's log into the app, schedule workouts, games practices and whatever else they need. Once  scheduled athlete calendars instantly update in the athlete app ensuring team members & coach's are on the same page. Please note, this function applicable to team purchases. 
Results 
Athletes easily view workouts and combine results in relation to the team they play on.
Testing 
View combine results in the APP. Over time this information is incredibly valuable as it allows coaches to map athlete data. Especially important to young developing athletes. 
Training Load 
Burn out is often responsible for injury and other poor development factors. Training load is a function that allows athletes to log training history ensuring. Coaching staff and trainers can now track athletes and other activities providing a much clearer understanding of the athlete.
